Mental health is the one of the most talked about subjects in society today, but it still carries heavy amounts of stigma. We all talk about mental health and what it means to us, but we tend to miss out the more painful details. In order to move forward as a society these things need to be talked about, and not be overlooked. As a mental health sufferer myself I have first hand experience of how lonely, isolated and frustrating it can be. I am using this blog as a platform to reach out to mental health sufferers, and let those who don’t experience mental health to know what their loved ones may be going through. We need to be more honest and open about our experiences, no matter how unpleasant and awkward it is.
